The steps below describe what follows an inquiry to the firm.
01You Reach the Firm
Call (215) 692-2062 or send the form above. If Attorney Mimm cannot take your call, leave your name, number and a brief reason for calling, and your call will be returned.
02An Initial Consultation
The firm first checks for conflicts of interest, so you may be asked only for names and the board involved at the start. Attorney Mimm will then ask what happened, which board issued your license and whether you have received a letter, subpoena, citation or order. Have that document, and any deadline it states, at hand.
03Your Options Explained
You will learn what the process is likely to involve, the options available at that stage and how the fee for representation would be set. You are under no obligation to retain the firm.
04If You Retain the Firm
The terms of the representation are set out in writing. From then on, the firm communicates with the investigator or prosecuting attorney on your behalf and tracks each deadline in the matter.
